Ordering Information
All jewelry is guaranteed. I use sterling silver, copper, glass and quality 49 strand wire. All lampwork beads are made by myself. Any other elements used will be otherwise specified. Please double click on the picture to see a close up. (All items are ONE OF A KIND and you will be receiving that item pictured). Before ordering, please double check to make sure item number, size and color is correct. Each item will be thoroughly inspected before it is shipped.
Special orders: If you want more than one of the same item, please email me at: lgrant@hughes.net. Since my beads are handmade, depending on your order, I will email back an approximate date for shipment and price.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify me by phone or email within 10 days of purchase and money will be refunded. This excludes abuse of jewelry. When your item is returned, your money will be refunded to you excluding postage. If for any reason any part may be defective not due to abuse, repairs will be made free of charge.
